I Bought this 3 years ago for a friend to get himself on his feet and get on the subsidized housing as an adu to someone’s property. Was used prior on a flatbed for skiing prior to that. the rear 2 jacks are shot or have no juice. Should stand on its own. Still dry for sitting a year, all appliances work and can get measurements on request. Not cleaned up all the way, but mostly cleared out. Take as a whole will be cheaper than parts. a week or two and then will pull appliances and legs and bring to scrap if no interest. The tripod stands are not included. 8ft bed. Has overhang. 4 prong lights hookup and has power bar in the camper. Fridge, Stove, Toilet, fans, inverter, propane heater
