Great experience in purchasing my 1997 Ford Explorer from Town Auto Tacoma. Omar was wonderful  in explaining the  operation of the  vehicle and made the purchase  process  smooth and  efficient. Excellent customer service.

Do not buy from them. Within 24hrs of purchasing a car every light came on, I found out they had reset them and my car had an oil, and a transmission leak and an air flow problem. I am a single mom and spent most of my savings on this car. They posted it as excellent w no issues.

I've. been telling everyone about( Gaits) and how awsome he was  and I'm in love with my new car. He was so nice and patience with me and explained everything till I understood it all. I was in there 3 times before I made up my mind to buy my car. Then when I told him I was ready it was just before Thanksgiving and I was on a time frame he got things taking care of quickly so I could get on the road. My first road trip was to Oregon and It was a no worry trip.. If your worried about after buying your vehicle and what kind of service you'll get if something happens? No worries he was great , I was worried because my new plates had come yet and my temporary ones were almost up he made his calls or whatever and called later that day and told me he got them.. That's the type of people you like doing business with.

It made me put one star. No stars is more representing of this company. My daughter purchased a car from this guy and it had a oil leak, coolant leak, broken key fob, broken door latch, the car doesn't lock along with two open recalls. They took full advantage of a young girl that didn't know what issues come with a used car.  She saved her money to buy this car and now she's out a vehicle.
Do not buy from this dealership.

Purchased a 2011 Chrysler 200 today was Fast experience they in the middle with me on the price no hassle, Ghit was professional quick and helpful will be back for sure!
