I went In looking for a quote on a car I was looking at, instead of that car, I got a newer model and really low monthly payments, even though I was there for a long time, beth stayed late with me 2-3 hours past closing, and got me my car, I'm so pleased with them, they are quick and efficient, I will be recommending them to everyone, and if you get a car from them, and a friend or someone tells them about you. You get $200 back, it's amazing, so put me a referee and you and I could both get $200 back!

I was very satisfied with my experience with not only trade up in Chattanooga but also Cleveland. I couldn't make it to Chattanooga to seal the deal and I really wanted this truck. I called Cleveland trade up and they had it brought down, the next day I bought the truck! Bailey and Byron made it happen!

Everyone was so awesome. Brandon & Beth are rockstars. This place truly cares about their customers and I am so glad I chose them to buy my car from. I left out late and Brandon noticed my washer fluid had a whole in the bottom and they are getting the part and calling me when it comes in.  I would 100 percent recommend you go see them.
