To try and make a long story short, buying a bike from Brothers is super easy and a good experience. Having insurance work done there has been a nightmare.
My bike was in a hit-and-run in the early summer of '24, months before I moved out of state. They told me I would have my bike back, 100%, before October. Due to disagreements between Brothers and my insurance, that did not happen. The bike ended up actually being "completed" early 2025, and I had to ask a friend to bring it to my parents' house, so I could come back to Washington and pick it up when I could.
Fastforward to May of '25, I visit Washington to pick up my bike. I honestly don't know what was fixed. The whole front end was still tweaked, new damage was found on the handlebar risers, etc. I ended up calling Brothers, and to their credit, they did get the bike back in shop fairly quickly. They ended up having conversations with my insurance to figure out what was missed, and fixed the issues. They told me they went through some changes with staffing, and lots of things changed in a short amount of time.
Then, after it was supposedly fixed this time, my same friend went to collect the bike and bring it to my parents' house again. As he pulled into the driveway, both left and right bolts on the top triple clamp fell out. Left side, all the way. Right side, most of the way. This could have caused a major accident, to say the least. I called Brothers after my friend had told me what happened, and all they told me is they'll put the photos in their record. This wasn't very assuring, and only leads me to wonder how many bikes are leaving their lot with crucial parts not secured. I'm not sure where their QC is, but it needs to be better.
I'm giving them a 2/5, only because they do make it easy to purchase a bike, and everyone there is friendly. But being friendly doesn't cover making a potentially fatal mistake, and then telling me they'll "put it in their records". Do better, guys. Thanks for the good you've done, but come on.

Ian (Salesman) and Michael (finance) made this an absolutely amazing experience. I had been watching this bike for weeks. I absolutely love love love the titanium metallic paint once I decided to buy the bike I contacted Ian at Brothers, I told him what I wanted and needed in the deal and from the bike and he went above and beyond to make it happen. Once I arrived at the dealer I was greeted by Ian and Michael to go over the bike then Michael stepped in with my options for financing being so friendly and outgoing! Both of these team members made this experience fun, exciting, and memorable. I will, hands down recommend this dealer to friends and family and always return here for any future purchases!

Beyond Awesome ! I live outside of Medford, Oregon and was shopping for a lightly used Triumph Scrambler 900. I was looking at two in Reno and two in the Bay Area, figuring I'd travel, purchase and ride home.  Brothers had a near new 2023 still under warranty for a great price, but it would have been 2 very long days, or 3 to get up there, buy and get it home. Nico was terrific, describing the bike, sending a bunch of high res pictures, and answering all my questions. As I was still deciding which bike to look at, he called and offered free delivery. That made my choice very easy. I transferred the $ on Friday, they delivered the bike to my driveway on Saturday afternoon ! Nico is great to work with as is Dave,  and Dan delivered the bike in perfect condition.  I couldn't be happier, and can't recommend these folks  enough.  Dan even got along with our dog Mercy.  This dealer is terrific to work with, sales, finance department, delivery everyone. Thank You !

I don't leave reviews a lot but. I have to today. Between Jesse, Ian, and Bryson this place is awesome. They have gone above and beyond on numerous occasions to ensure that I find and get what I need for my 2023 Challenger. I have never had an issue and customer service after sale in both service and parts is great. I would HIGHLY recommend Brothers for all things Indian.
