This was truly a 5 star experience with Liberty Buick. My salesman was Patrick and he went beyond and above with the service he provided. I bought a used 2018 Regal TourX Wagon. He showed the flaws. Didn’t try to hide anything at all. I came from Houston, Texas.

Once we arrived he had the car parked in front of the dealership and had everything ready to go. Paperwork went smoothly. Alex in finances was also amazing. Absolutely have no complaints went it came to this purchase.

Dave was absolutely fantastic—extremely helpful, genuinely hilarious, and made the entire process feel more like catching up with family than making a big purchase. Best buying experience we've ever had! We weren't even sure we were going to be able to get a vehicle. We were more just going to see what we would get for our trade-in and see if we might need more to qualify. We did have our eyes on a vehicle we saw online but, unfortunately, it was sold by the time we got there! Was a bit of a bummer! But, Josh took the time to show us some other vehicles with the same options we were interested in and, I'll admit, I wasn't even remotely thinking about buying a Buick! But Josh found us an Enclave that was really nice with low miles! Kevin gave us a great appraisal on our trade-in and both Alex and Kevin made it work in the financing area for us, all with ZERO DOWN! We didnt expect it to work out the way it did and can't even begin to express our appreciation and gratitude for these 3 gentlemen! First, it was easy to schedule an appointment on the app. Next, we have chosen Matt to be our service guy and we very much enjoy him. He is knowledgeable, personable, and overall a person with great energy. We can tell that he listens to our concerns + goes above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with our service. Lastly, the lobby/waiting room is very comfortable. Big seats where we aren’t all just sitting on top of each other. The complimentary donuts are always fresh. And the coffee machine is top tier. All around, we always have a great experience there at Liberty Buick.
