I had a really great experience at JD Auto. Lexi, our car lady, was great. Friendly, welcoming & patient. I noticed the majority of the cars here are very fairly priced, low miles in respect to the car's year & in good shape. The only 2 negatives were our car wasn't cleaned (cup holders, arm rests etc are gross) & the check engine light came on the next morning after I bought our car.

Just bought a Range Rover from JD Auto PDX and had a great experience from start to finish. I’d been shopping around for a while and was honestly starting to feel burned out by the usual dealership pressure and sketchy vibes — but JD Auto was totally different.
The SUV was in excellent shape — super clean, drove smooth, and clearly well cared for. The pricing felt fair, and there were no hidden fees or surprises, which I really appreciated.

I want to start by saying that I rarely leave negative reviews, but since car buying can be stressful, I wanted to share my experience to help others.

I purchased a truck from JD Auto this past Saturday. During the test drive (about 15-20 minutes), everything seemed fine. I noticed some rust underneath but couldn’t inspect thoroughly because it was pouring rain. I asked the dealer if all their vehicles were inspected by a mechanic, and he assured me they were.

On my way home, the check engine light came on, and to their credit, JD Auto did help me get that figured out. However, once the rain stopped and I was able to fully inspect underneath, I saw that the exhaust pipe was completely broken off the muffler due to rust. When I reached out about this issue, they were not willing to help.

They did give me a discount for some dents and my initial concerns about rust, but I didn’t realize the extent of the problem at the time. I know a lot of people have had positive experiences here, and for that they are doing some things right. I just think they should take more time ensuring their vehicles are safe and reliable before selling them. If you're considering buying from them, I highly recommend getting a thorough inspection.

I’ve had an amazing experience with JD Auto incredibly professional,honest and genuinely helpful. From the moment I walked in , they made me feel like a valued customer. They took the time to expleain everything clearly and made sure I understood what needed to be done with my vehicle .

Got myself an awesome Ford Focus today all thanks to Daniel! Went to a few other dealerships looking for this particular car prior to JD AUTO PDX LLC and none of them came close to the service and product that they provided. Daniel went above and beyond; very personable and concise and really looks out for the customer. I would’ve been nuts to pass on the deal. Service and selection both rock.Daniel with JD AUTO PDX LLC was great to deal with! He stands by his product and will accommodate your schedule if you need. The guys at Automotive are  awesome as well. Super quick to respond to any concerns you may have about a vehicle you bought there. It’s obvious that they want you to be happy with your choice to buy from them. Highly recommend giving them a call
