It has a robust internal motor which spins the flex shaft cable up to 1,580 rpm while remaining exceptionally quiet. 2-hand Control The DC electric motor in the M224 Flex Shaft Drain Cleaner allows you to always have two hands on the 75’ cable so you can completely focus on the resistance coming from the blockage, while starting or stopping the machine with the foot pedal. Torque Management The SmartDrive™ electronic torque controller automatically manages the torque limit to the obstructions encountered. No manual setting or adjustment is needed as you move from job to job. This helps protect you and the shaft. Quickly swap out different sizes of our new one-piece chain knockers as you work through the line. Carbide tips scrape and clean. 3 sizes available: 3”, 4” or 6”. Transporting the Flex Shaft Drain Cleaner is easy, assisted by a luggage-style telescoping handle and wide-stance wheels. Non-skid feet stabilize the unit during operation.
