Selling all of my gaming equipment ps5 too After wiping the data it started acting up. It starts in safe mode but won’t make it past the system update and then takes me back to the “can’t start ps4” screen all over again. It’s 99% most likely a hard drive issue. The system worked just fine until I wiped it and tried to reinstall. If you know how to swap out the hard drives and reinstall the software then go for it, I was planning on selling it anyways, so everythings all yours. Console, 2 controllers, dock mount with charger for the mount, hdmi cable, power cable, and the usb I originally used for reinstall attempts which has around 8gb of storage as well as the cable to connect your controller to the console on launch from safe mode. If you want a good deal then repairing it yourself is the way to go, but you’ll need to find the hard drive yourself, which are only around 15-20$. Good luck. Also the small dots only on the glossier side of the console are paint. Tried to clean it up as best I could. Unintentionally gave it more of a “galaxy” look at least.
