Description
This unique mid-century six drawer dresser was designed by Leo Jiranek and Ernest Herrmann and produced in the early 1950s for Heywood Wakefield. It features beautifully sculpted drawer fronts with integrated wood pulls. It has gently rounded edges and sits on a pedestal base and is topped with a matching mirror. It is in very good condition for its age but does show some wear (cosmetic damage to finish). We have a matching five drawer chest available separately for $800, see listing for details. The top of the dresser rests 31in above the floor and measures 56in by 19in. The mirror is 49.5in wide and 21.5in tall. Hope Furnishings is the retail program of NW Furniture Bank. We are a nonprofit organization and all of the proceeds from the store are used to help us provide furniture and other necessary household items to local families and individuals in need. All sales are final, so we recommend that you visit our store to view any items that you wish to purchase in person.
