This is alredy the cheapest listed 2017 Coachmen Pursuit 31bd and this one has 2 yrs left on the extended warranty. I paid originally for the Extended warranty about $6000 for 4 yrs again 2 yrs left on it. Great RV , both AC / heat , genset . Rear room , mid bathroom . The dinette becomes a bed new in 2024 The sofa becomes a bed new in 2024 Ontop of driver drops down to make a bed . RV battery is conected throughout as a normal RV, added was solar panels with 2 extra deep cycle batteries, 1500/3000 pure sine inverter. Prowatt auto transfer switch. 50 Amp Generator runs perfect 360 hrs No leaks regardless we had the roof re-sealed in Jan 2024. New awning installed Feb 2024 Add on upgrades over $8k are the following Dinete bed and sofa $3200 installed Awning $800 Roof recaulk $1000+ Solar / inverter / extra batt $2000 Auto Transfer switch $600 Detailed Gel Coat June 2025 $800 21,000 miles , gasoline ford chasis Detailed Gel Coat June 2025h
