I've had this couch for 8 years. It's still in good condition. I vacuum it regularly and scrub the cushions on a consistent basis as well. It's been in the presence of a cat for the past 4 years, so please keep that in mind. I'll vacuum it again before you pick up! I need to get rid of it because I bought a new one and can't put together the new one until this one goes. Dimensions: End to end-86" Seating space-66" 22" deep Seat back height-18" Total height-32" You will need to come get it and bring a pickup truck and/or small trailer. I think the bed of a pickup would work just fine. SIDE NOTE: I need a lawn mower and would trade the couch and some cash for a running lawn mower!
