I had a fantastic experience with Nations Ford Service Center during the recent repair of my 2008 Ford Mustang. Derek went above and beyond to explain every detail of what had happened to the car and how they planned to address the issue with true professional precision. His thoroughness gave me peace of mind. I also really appreciated that they waived some of the fees after I had to return for additional repairs that weren’t identified the first time—this gesture showed integrity and care for the customer. I’ll definitely keep coming back for future repairs. Highly recommend!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to make an exception because my car buying experience was that good. From the moment reached out, everything was smooth, professional, and genuinely pleasant.

There was zero pressure, full transparency, and a level of customer care that honestly blew me away. They took the time to answer all my questions, worked with my budget, and never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed. The process was quick and efficient—no long waits, no hidden fees, no runaround. Just straight-up honesty and exceptional service.

I want to first state that I loathe going to a car dealership to buy a new car. So if a dealership can turn that feeling around, then great.

When I first went to this dealership I was happy to see that the sales person was not pushy, was eager to show me whatever I wanted and didn't seemed rushed. I also told him I was not buying anything that day so just show me cars. That day went well.

After deciding what I wanted, I then searched around the Internet for the exact car I wanted. This dealership actually had what I wanted and in a few colors. We test drove a few cars and decided on one to purchase. It was late in the evening so we told him we were going to get our financing and insurance all taken care of in the next few days and return to get the car. So far a nice experience.

Once we got the insurance and financing squared away, I sent the info to the salesman and lined up getting the car. We had told him it would be early afternoon on a Saturday and that we would call ahead before we made our way over.

After calling about 20 min prior to arrival, we got there and our salesman was available. However, their finance person was not ready. We were told it would not take too long and we were instructed on how to download the new Ford app and other helpful items to interface with the new car.

Fast forward 3.5 hours later before the finance person finally was able to process. No time during this 3.5 hours were we told it was going to take longer than expected and maybe come back. Instead we kept being told it won't be long. This on top of we had our financing already finalized through Fairwinds CU which is a preferred vendor with AutoNation. We had to have the finance guy resubmit again. That's an issue between FCU and AutoNation. When they first ran it they came up with a significantly higher interest rate and I had to show them what we were already approved for to get it changed. Once with the finance guy, paperwork was flying through until we got to the "hard sell". He wanted to sell every type of extended warranty available. I understand dealerships have to offer it, but they don't have to be a hard salesperson. I told him several times that we were not interested and even if we were, it wouldn't be today. For 20 to 30 minutes this went on. Their finance team needs to read their audience better.

After finance we finally got the car. When doing the walk around, we found several dings and scratches. We were told they would fix them and it would only take a few days.

We dropped the car off Sunday evening so they would have it first thing Monday as they requested. We were given a rental car (F150) while they had our new car. (That truck was absolutely horrible, but that's a different story). When checking on the car mid week, we found out the car didn't even start getting worked on until Wednesday. Excuses about someone being sick. Then we were told it wouldn't be ready until Friday. When checking Friday we were told it now wouldn't be until Monday because of the type of paint. On Monday we had to follow up to get an update and if we hadn't been adamant, it probably wouldn't have been done until Tuesday. On top of that, one of the major spots on the roof didn't even get addressed at the body shop so the dealership touched it up instead.

We picked up the car and then found a screw in the tire. We just had that repaired by our local tire shop since they could take us right away, we were tired of dealing with AutoNation.

Overall, it is just a basic dealership, they still do high pressure sales, just that finance does it instead of sales. They also ask you to give them 5 stars on the survey from Ford regardless of what you really think. They push you to rate them that way as even 4 stars gets them in trouble. Sorry, not going to pad their metrics by lying. They state the survey impacts the salesman and he has to get all 5 stars. A very bad practice and that may be just a Ford issue but sounds to me their surveys don't mean a thing if you get pressured to give 5 stars. We chose not to do the survey.

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from AutoNation Ford Sanford. We could not be happier with the customer service and friendly atmosphere from all of the sales staff at this dealership. Our salesman Mark did a great job helping us find the perfect 2025 Bronco for our family. Mark is very knowledgeable about all of the features and options and was able to answer all of our questions. We are extremely pleased with our experience at this dealership and we will definitely continue to be repeat customers.

Went to AutoNation Ford on Monday evening.  I worked with an awesome salesman named Champ.  He was such a joy to work with, personable, knowledgeable and friendly.  I ended up purchasing a 2016 Roush Mustang.

The entire experience was excellent!  Friendly staff, no pressure and very professional
