What an amazing experience! Bought my first new car :) very satisfied and have zero regrets.  They were not pushy and super easy to work with. Addy was great and Rickie was awesome!  Addy was nice enough to show me around and take me on my test drive.  She was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles.  There was one vehicle I loved but it wasn’t a hybrid.  Sure enough she came around the corner w the exact same car but hybrid.  You know I was happy. I took it on a spin with her and we started to close out the deal with her.  Rickie help close the deal and he knew a it about everything!  What a great team!  Everyone was really nice there and I can’t emphasize enough how they were not pushy.  I will definitely be buying there again.

We initially went in with the intention to just window shop. We ended up finding a car we really liked, that's when we met Jared. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. Wasn't pushy and really worked with us. It was a very different and nice experience. We ended up coming home with great family car. Overall we would definitely recommend our family and friends to go over to Honda Clawson and specifically ask for Jared. Thank you.

I contacted Clawson, set an appointment to look at a specific vehicle I was interested in.  I was greeted at my appointment time by Fatima, who took the time to go over everything, very transparent, great dealing with management who put together a fair deal, on an amazing certified CRV.  Vehicle was perfect, detailed and filled after the purchase.  Fatima was patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.  It’s not often I would ever write a 5 start review for a dealer, usually there is always a breakdown while trying to negotiate.  Clawson made me a fair deal on a gorgeous vehicle. Thanks, Fatima for all your hard work, I am not easy to deal with, she got my business because she took the time to not blow me off.  Usually I don’t even get help (never judge a book by its cover) but all the staff was friendly, the sale was easy, the car was delivered in perfect fashion!

Update: 6/16/25 - Upon further inspection of my vehicle I found that there "technician" put their dirty, greasy fingers all over the headboard and now I have greasy finger prints all over the headliner and the sunshade. I have go in and have it professionally cleaned at my own expense.

Update: 6/13/25 - Originally, the purchase went great, but some quality control issues were not identified before selling me the showroom floor vehicle. A cardboard piece on the inside of the windshield (right in the middle of sensors), front bumper clip broken (new one had to be ordered and installed), and resin on the panoramic glass. When it went in for these repairs it took them 7 days including the weekend and it was returned to me dusty and bird poop on it. At least keep it inside, but I digress. All these issues were eventually resolved. Until I found that there was additional debris and silicone left inside the sensor area, so I had to take it back again! Very disappointing. The Quality Control is questionable. Jason, Andrew & Robert did their due diligence in assisting me, but I was frustrated at the entire situation.

Original Post: I visited both Honda dealerships in Clovis and Fresno (Blackstone), but ultimately got the best deal and service at Clawson Honda of Fresno. I met Rick Spradin in the parking lot and told him I was looking to trade in a vehicle and purchase a 2026 Honda Passport Elite Trailsport a hard-to-find model. While I had considered a dealership in Modesto, I preferred to buy local and support my community.

Rick and the team worked with me on a fair trade-in value and pricing for the Passport. We reached a deal that made sense for both sides. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the process.

The only hiccup was a delay in signing paperwork due to some tech issues, but I understand car buying takes time. Overall, I'm thrilled with my new vehicle. Thank you, Rick and the Clawson Honda team!
