Maria provided wonderful service towards selecting a beautiful reliable vehicle. She took much time needed to help me inspect and truly like the car I bought. I appreciate her explaining the process thoroughly as I was a first time buyer! Again, I appreciate the service, Maria helped me A LOT.

Maria and Luis were really amazing when I came in to buy my van. I came in wanting to look at a specific car and it was already ready by the time I got there to look at it. Before I even test drove it, Maria warned me that it was feeling a little jumpy and she wasn't sure what was causing that. So she would have the mechanic look at it if I decided I wanted to buy the car that day. On the test drive it did jump a little bit. It seemed kind of like the suspension, later we found out it was actually a misfire. They offered to fix it for me if I wanted to buy the car, and initially said it would be until Tuesday (it was Sunday). However, I live in Phoenix and was driving home the next day (Monday). I did really like the car. It checked pretty much every box that I wanted out of a vehicle and it was within my price range, I didn't think we were going to be able to do a deal because I had to leave the next day and they said they might not be able to fix it till Tuesday. Maria spoke to the mechanic and they were able to squeeze me in the next morning before I drove home. I had also requested that they replace a fuse while I was there, and they kindly did so. I was super appreciative because I got to drive a new car safely back to Phoenix without having to worry about it. Everyone was so nice and they were very patient with me with all of my questions. I even was texting off and on the rest of the week with questions and they still responded, even though they had no no need to do so anymore because I had bought the car cash outright, so technically I was no longer a customer they could benefit from. I cannot believe I had such a positive experience at a dealership and I would recommend Unique Auto Center, Maria, and Luis to anyone who was looking for a vehicle in this area. Thank you!
