2006 Chevy 3500 Bus

Selling my home of two years. 15’x7.5’ of living space perfect for someone looking for a tiny home. Living area is set up to run off of 220 on a 30amp breaker but I have run it on a 15amp 110 for the last two months with no issues at all. The kitchenette has a small sink and room for a microwave or air fryer. The portable air conditioner is 14000 BTU and is both vented and drained to the exterior of the bus, as to not require exhaust through any of the windows. The bus a/c had been removed when I bought it but the portable unit can be run off of a power inverter to provide a/c to the bus while driving. The shower and sink feature hot water supplied by a propane powered water heater and drain to a 12.5 gallon holding tank under the bus with a standard 3” RV style dump valve. The bus comes with a mini fridge, space heater, portable toilet (unused), 14000 BTU a/c, and a cover for the windshield. Asking $11,500 but open to cash offers
