Excellent tiny home shell ready to be customized to your preferences! Walls have been insulated and 3/4 walls have been put up. It is not finished so making your changes will be easy! Wiring got as far as placing it so we could get walls up. We have outlets in. Still needs power source and breakers and lighting. Dimensions are 12x24 with additional 4 foot porch.
