As is as shown. I bought this some time before the DW 5000 double bass drum pedal: also a prototype, also rare for the drum collector! The pedal doesn’t have a bottom covered in Velcro, it has an adjustable chain tensioner, Dial at the bottom. it has a spring loaded support that can be quickly disconnected, that along with a fairly easy breakdown, makes it one of the most light-weight, easy to transport high hats. Close up of the cup support for the bottom cymbal reveals a funky metal washer resting on the tube end with the screw that controls the tilt. The earliest method, before they came up with the modern plastic piece that is cupped and holds the screw. See last pictures. Pick up in Whittier after 2 PM weekdays, after 2 PM Saturday, or before 2 PM Sunday .
