This machine is amazing for cold therapy or treating injuries. You can use it as cold therapy to recover quicker from workouts, injuries, and more. It has various settings that allow for compression, cold therapy and compression + cold therapy. I tore and broke my ankle, and it reduced major swelling in <20 minutes and helped me recover faster. Great for post-operative care and for maintenance for athletes. I have two sets of ice holding kits and the knee attachment (but it works great for most anywhere: ankle, shoulder, etc). $800 machine, selling for $100 OBO.
