I recently purchased a car listed at $12,000, but by the time I left the dealership, the total cost skyrocketed to $24,000. I was shocked by how deceptive the process was. The dealership added several hidden fees and charges without fully disclosing them up front, and despite my questions, they were not transparent about the breakdown of costs.

What was supposed to be a straightforward purchase turned into a financial nightmare. I feel misled by their sales team, who initially downplayed or outright omitted key details. If you’re considering buying from here, make sure to demand a full itemized breakdown before signing anything, and be ready for additional costs that can significantly inflate the price.

I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest and transparent car-buying experience. Beware of hidden fees and misleading sales tactics.

Horrible experience with them , they sold me a unreliable car that I have been having issues with since the first week I had my car. I’ve had my car work on 3 times by the mechanic shop who works on all their cars they have and still have the same issues like if they are only turning off the sensors on my car and not working on the issues. Jorge the “ manger “ was really disrespectful on the phone raising his voice to me, he might speak to his wife like that but I cut that off real quick.  I will be following up with the Better Business Bureau I have messages between employees expressing my concerns with my car before my 30 days warranty and they did nothing to help me out. I would rate them 0 if I could.
