This has been the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had and I’m sharing my story so others don’t go through the same thing.

I signed a contract with this dealership on September 30, 2025. A few days later, they sent me a completely different version of the contract with new terms I never agreed to or signed. That’s when everything started going wrong.

I reached out three different times to try to resolve the issue. Each time, I was told the finance manager would call me back. He never did. Instead of following up, they sent a repossession truck to my home today. And after doing that, they called the police on me.

They never gave me proper legal notice. Under California law, a dealership only has 10 days to cancel a contract. They missed that deadline and still tried to cancel it after the fact, which is not allowed. When I returned to the dealership to try to resolve everything and ask for my down payment back, they refused and told me my only option was to refinance in 4 to 6 months. That was not true and not what I agreed to.

Instead of handling this situation with professionalism, they chose to avoid accountability, send out a repo, and escalate things by calling law enforcement on me even though I was calm and simply trying to resolve the situation.

I have kept all my paperwork and communication and am now moving forward with legal action. I am also filing complaints with the DMV, the California Attorney General, and the Federal Trade Commission.

This business operates with no integrity and no respect for consumers. If this happened to me, it can happen to someone else. Please be careful before doing business with them.

🚩 If you’re reading this, do not give this dealership your money until you’ve fully researched your rights. Don’t end up in the same situation I did.
