It’s unlocked my daughter was usin it for YouTube with wifi but forgot the passcode so you have to get it unlocked or take your time & go through all possibilities Thts why I’m not asking much. The most im willing to do is charge it so you see it fully works. Im not pluggin it up to a pc im not meetin yu so yu can try and restore it.
