This dealership was very helpful, helping me through the car-buying process despite several unintentional blunders on my part.  They were very flexible and worked with me showing up at 7PM on Tuesday evening after driving 2 hours.  My salesperson, Joey, was frank and friendly.  The entire process felt super transparent and it didn't feel like I was being rushed or pressured.  Multiple employees also verified I had a way to charge my new EV.

The service was excellent, quick and thorough, better than the dealer that I purchased my pickup from. Service person went above and beyond and since we were starting a 2500 mile trip the next made several suggestions from looking at the stats on the pickup, like me DEF was less than 1/2 and indicated I might want to fill before we leave. I will definitely go back for my service here.

This was my first visit to Stone as I recently moved to Tulare. Service Manager Seth was very personable and listened to my brief relocation story as well as ensured me that my '20 Silverado would receive the attention required to ensure I kept in good standing with my warranty. The service was performed quickly and cleanly. I am satisfied with the services received and looking forward to returning to Stone for future service.
