DO NOT TRUST MIAMI MOTOR GROUP – STAY FAR AWAY!

I had one of the worst experiences of my life at Miami Motor Group, and I feel obligated to warn others before they make the same mistake I did.

I saw a 2019 Scat Pack listed on Facebook by the dealership for $29,000. I went in with the intention to finance that vehicle. That’s when I met Manny, one of the employees, who completely manipulated and scammed me.

Manny told me I couldn’t finance a rebuilt title Scat Pack — claiming no bank would approve me. Then he pulled out his phone and showed me a grey widebody Scat Pack, 2021, low mileage, clean title for $43,000, telling me the car would be delivered the following week. He convinced me to sign paperwork for that car on the spot — even though it wasn’t on the lot yet — and gave me a temporary tag to drive the original Scat Pack until the grey one arrived.

Here’s where the nightmare begins.

The car didn’t come the next week — it took over two and a half weeks. When it finally arrived, I showed up only to find that it was NOT the car I was promised. It wasn’t a widebody. It wasn’t grey. It wasn’t even close. It was a dark purple slim body, completely different from what I was shown and signed for. I told Manny over and over it was not the right car, and he just kept brushing it off, saying “he would get to the bottom of it” and asked me to keep making payments in the meantime.

I trusted him. Big mistake.

One month went by. I made my first payment. Nothing.
Two months went by. Still nothing.
By the third month, he told me if I made one more payment, he would switch the car.

Then I go on Facebook — and what do I see? The actual grey widebody Scat Pack that he originally showed me, being posted by him and two other employees like it was brand new inventory! The SAME exact car I signed for was being advertised to the public like it never existed in my deal. When I confronted him about it, he acted completely clueless and started playing dumb.

At this point, I had already made payments, and I was nine months pregnant. I felt trapped with no options. The payment for the car they gave me was $1,100/month, when the original plan was supposed to be closer to $500/month. The whole situation was overwhelming and unfair. I had no choice but to do a voluntary repossession, and now that mess is stuck on my credit report.

This entire experience was heartbreaking, frustrating, and financially damaging. Manny is a liar, a manipulator, and a scammer. He took advantage of me in one of the most vulnerable times of my life. Miami Motor Group is not trustworthy and does shady business.

If you value your money, your time, and your sanity — do yourself a favor and stay far away from Miami Motor Group. Don’t fall for their Facebook ads. Don’t fall for their fake promises. And most importantly, don’t trust Manny.

Be aware this company is a straight scam! They will sell you a car to call you about a month and a 1/2 later, saying that they don't have an approval and that your rates are gonna go app and that you would have to pay extra money, whether it be down or for your monthly payment and if you decide to cancel a deal, they will keep your down payment. Once your tag is ready to be picked up, they will call you and tell you that you need to pay an extra $400-$500  to get a tag when clearly in my paperwork it states that the Tigers included once. I confronted to them about it.They said I was correct, and then ask me for money to do an overnight shipping for my tag. After waiting month and getting pulled over at least twice for having an expired tag! SCAMMEEERRRSSS

I have mixed feelings about my experience I felt like they couldn’t believe black peole have good credit. 720 credit score still had to put down $3,500. I felt like they tried to run a scam with the bank by telling us to say that I had the car when I didn’t so that the bank could loan out the money and was gone say that they never got it. They also didn’t change my key fob battery and I asked him to but they was to busy tryna get the $3,500. Other than that my car rides amazing and I believe that they did some modifications that I truly and really thank them for. I forgot the young guy name but he seemed pretty cool
