2013 BMW X5

Vehicle was kept in storage unit for the last 5 years, has new ignition coils, spark plugs, battery, water pump, thermometer, camshaft position sensor, oil pan gasket, serpentine belt. I have also done a complete oil change as well. Have changed all those things. Motor tries and acts like its going to start, but it wont start. Only has 122K on it. This is a good family SUV when it was running. TITLE IN HAND, due to work don't have time to work on it, $5000 is my asking price obo that's for parts and labor. ENGINE CRANKS BUT WILL NOT START MUST BRING A TRAILER tester says there's a short to ground and I can’t figure out where the short is.
