Marking its fifth anniversary, Howl-O-Scream is set to deliver even more thrills, chills, and unexpected frights. Howl-O-Scream transforms the once peaceful SeaWorld San Diego into a sinister, spine-chilling playground of terror. As night falls, a carnival of horrifying creatures surrounds you. Evade FIVE angry haunts through EIGHT scare zones and FOUR vile vignettes. Seek shelter indoors, only to find you've entered a house of horrors. Quench your thirst for fear with fiendishly delicious cocktails, beer, and spirits at SIX themed bars and FIVE speakeasies. Feel the monstrous electricity of our LIVE show. Dance the night away and deepen the thrills with a nighttime coaster ride. Above all, try to resist the eyes of evil that threaten to follow you everywhere. Electric Eel, Emperor, and Arctic Rescue will be open during Howl-O-Scream. Weather permitting. For the safety of our costumed performers and other visitors to the event, guests in costumes will not be permitted Animal viewing areas will not be available during Howl-O-Scream. Bags measuring larger than 8"x5", including purses and backpacks, are NOT permitted through the Howl-O-Scream entrance. Exceptions to this policy may be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection. Any item required for medical reasons that will be screened is to be carried in a clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bag not to exceed the size of 12"x6"x12". Guests arriving with a bag not meeting those standards will be asked to return to their vehicle. Howl-O-Scream is intended for a mature audience. Howl-O-Scream is a separately ticketed night event that is not included with regular SeaWorld park admission. Tickets to Howl-o-Scream include haunted houses, scare zones, live entertainment, access to themed bars, rides and coasters inside the park, and more. Event dates and details subject to change and/or cancellation without prior notice. Howl-O-Scream is not recommended for children under the age of 13 or the faint of heart. No costumes or face paint allowed.
