It is fully serviced and ready to cut your lawn. It has the John Deere Briggs and Stratton 22HP V-Twin engine in it. I’ve done a complete tune and service on it. New spark plugs, New battery, front and rear tires in excellent shape and both hold air great. Tires still have nubs on them. Mow deck is in excellent condition and is in line new shape. New John Deere blades with couple cuts on them, sharpened and balanced. Deck Spindles are fully greased up as well as al moving components lubed up and ready to cut you lawn. It is fully automatic hydrostatic transmission that is foot operated with twin pedals. Very nice clear headlights, both bulbs work. Non ethanol clear premium gasoline is used in it so if you want it to purr like a kitten and run like a top then only use that. New fuel filter. Fresh Oil and new oil filter. New air filter. Deluxe high back seat, very comfortable and adjustable. Has nice locking storage compartment with cup holder. Fuel level gauge. Comes with main and spare keys.
