Gorgeous rare colored turquoise tutu crinoline from the 60’s .. has elastic at the waist that is stretched it so works for a larger person .. the elastic can be replaced easily .. has layers of gorgeous turquoise crinoline .. cloth fabric under the elastic waist .. then the crinoline starts .. nice and full .. does have a tear at the top of the cloth material under the tile and a tear in the crinoline up near the back ..and some discoloration at the waist .. super fun vintage piece smoke and pet free measurements laying flat 19 in waist 23 hips 25 in long
