STAY AWAY FROM THESE LIARS Advertised a truck with a rebuilt title for $10,900 online. Drove to them, checked out the truck and told them i would come back the following day with the paperwork and down payment to buy the truck. Asked the sales lady Sophy what the price of the truck was prior to leaving and she confirmed it was $10,900. Came back the following day with everything ready. Was dealing with Sophy then a gentleman sat down with us and started going over the down payments. He asked for a way higher down payment then expected and then revealed to us the price of the truck was $22,900. More than double of what was advertised and told to us in person. Massive waste of time and when I questioned him about the online ad price he said told me “those prices are never real”. False advertising to get people through the door. Don’t waste your time with these people. Their low reviews speak for themselves.

I purchased my vehicle here!! The salan was awesome and the they was very polite during the sale, i took the vehicle with me that day but didn’t pay the taxes when i call to make my taxes payment one dude name MARK very arrogant and unprofessional he completely ruined my experience with this dealer for no reason!! Theres was a misunderstanding with the taxes balance that i was never declined to pay just wasn’t the amount i left the day i make the purchase!! And all this happen over the phone when i call back again the sale guy Mark started acting weird he should’ve work for them!! This not the way you treat clients very unacceptable .. if you go here make sure to avoid MARK he will ruin your business

My experience with Palermo Motors started 6 months ago with the purchase of my brand new 2018 Nissan Rogue .
I had never bought a car or any big ticket item matter of fact with no hassle!! Best Experience. And 6 months later with an oil change was just a nice! I truly give Palermo Motors 5 stars and three snaps in a circle.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! I bought a civic si 6 months ago and I already had to replace the Radiator, Starter, Alternator, Clutch, and now the Shifter. I have already wasted around $7,000 on repairs! They will sell you trash, as long as they get paid. WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I purchased a 2018 BMW 540i for $20,000 cash for my wife back in late January of 2025 ....... $4000 in parts and 4 months later, I am just now able to let her drive what was sopose to be an "early", but now an extremely late Valentines day present.
The very next day after the purchase, my wife drove the car to work and on the way home, the car went into limp mode. Short version, I called Polarmo and they said to take it to their repair guy to see why it went into limp mode. The repair guy said that the car is a mes and told the Polarmo people as such, to which they told me that it was an as is purchase and they aren't responsable. BOOM, my heart sank.
The young machanic gave me an estimate of $4500. but he couldn't be sure until he took it apart. I didn't trust him because he said some thing that I knew weren't true about cars. "When I was in my 30's, I rebuilt an entire 1973 Trans Am and painted it to showroom quality" so I do know a few things about cars.

I am retired and 66 years old and didn't have the money to send this to an authorised BMW center to have this "mess" fixed. BMW gave me an estimate of $12,536. That was more than half of what I payed for the car. So, I had to learn how to fix it myself. Before I purchased the car, I saw an engine light  which Sofi, the sales rep said that it was only the Shutter Grill and assured me as well as the finance guy and others at Polarmo Motors that it was only the "Upper Shutter grill". They said that they would cover the cost of the shutter grill along with the other trim peices like the passenger seat bezel, two door handles if we purchased the car. "They lied to us" The engine light wasn't the upper Shutter Grill, it was the lower Grill acuator and 12 other major engine codes  like the heat control module which is a "thermostat control", two electric water pumps, mechanical water pump, leaking coolent, troddel peddle controller, back light units and front light housing replacement, computer system crashed due to the body control module went bad, the engine intake manifold bolts stripped out which had to be heleqoiled after the repairs to the thermostat replacement, temperature sensor and a passenger seat sensor, new battery and then I had to pay for coding for the body control module. And I never received the passenger seat bezel which was in the contract. I did receive a upper grill which I "didn't" need, and I did receive covers for the door handles. "Plastic Covers" Not even door handles like they said. Some of the problems on the car, I can understand because it was an "as is" purchase, but the 12 engine light codes were Polarmos Motors responsibility. They owe me $1800 in parts, and that's not any labor. The other money I spent is the cost of buying a used car.
Bottom line, don't believe what they tell you, they are liers and cheaters and won't stand behind what they say.
