Vintage Antique Victorian Cut Glass Celery Centerpiece Vase. These vases were popular during Victorian age when celery was difficult to grow and people of affluence would use their celery as a centerpiece on the dining table. Very heavy in weigh, this vase has panel and porthole cutting to the sides and a fan cut rim. It has a large pedestal foot with a star cut base and a slice cut stem. It would also make a suitable flower vase. Size is 9 1/2" tall x 4 3/4" bottom and 5" diameter at top. In excellent condition. Weighs 2 3/4" lbs.
