All bedding and kitchen supplies and utensils stay with the camper. We painted and replaced some trim on the interior when we bought it. Tires are in good condition. They are 5 years old and we have only put about 1000 miles on them. Leveling blocks and all tools and accessories are included. Needs a little work. The kitchen faucet has a small leak at the handle. The toilet has a leak at the back where the waterline connects to the toilet. There is a seam where the camper connects to the back fiberglass shell. It has a small leak.
