Description

I purchased this from Living Spaces. The color is chocolate (brown) SIZE: (see photos for more details) 116” wide (9ft 6in) 34” tall 65” length of chaise Overall, good condition. I’m the original owner. No stains, smells, or rips. One tiny hole that is hard to see, which I circled in a photo. Non-smoker, no dogs. I do have a cat, but the couch was covered in blankets, which kept it clean. It comes with 4 matching pillows, which all had covers the whole time. The bottom cushions have zippers so you can remove the fabric and wash them. The back cushions are sewn into the back and can’t be removed. There is Velcro on the sofa and cushions to keep them from sliding. I can’t deliver it, but I can help move it to your truck. My major cross streets are Hayden & McDonald.
