We bought this a little over 6 months ago for our guest house. It's perfect for size but we upgraded to a power sofa bed. Making more use of the room. Everything works, was in a non smoking, no pets house. Did a clean on it. Very heavy. Need help loading onto truck or trailer. Asking for $500 OBO as we bought for over $1,000 with taxes and shipping.
