One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had! Staff and especially the manager/owner was great with working with me on my baby "Christine" 2007 Toyota S low miles runs like a champ! Car had minor issues expected for a car almost 20 years old! And the Manager/Owner went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with any concerns I might have! I know for a fact any other dealership would have acted like they didn't know me minutes after purchase but not this dealership,would definitely come back for another car, I have my eye on several from them and definitely would like to have the same experience again! 5 stars across the board!

Super happy with my experience at Auto Z Hawaii! It’s my first year in college, and since I had no credit history, other dealerships tried to hit me with a crazy 24% interest rate. But Auto Z really helped me out and got me a much better deal. They took the time to explain everything about financing, which was super helpful since this was my first car. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car!

Great experience with Auto Z ! I sold my old Toyota Corolla and got a newer car for my mom. Even though I was also buying a Tesla at the same time, they still took the time to explain the financing process and gave me helpful advice. Really appreciate their honesty and knowledge. Would definitely recommend them!

I hate to leave such a bad review but I’ve already called and tried to get the problem fixed and this is where it’s led me. You can read the whole review but the main points are don’t trust that they actually know anything about the vehicles they sell, their maintenance department is lazy and dishonest, and you are better off buying from an actual dealership if you want something reliable. Not someplace that takes someone else’s trade ins and then sells them for top dollar knowing there are things wrong with them.

On June 21st I purchased a 2006 Lexus from Auto Z that was advertised as having no problems. The vehicle was marked up by 2k from the recommended blue book price but they swore the vehicle was in great condition for its age so that’s why it was that much. They offered us a 30 day warranty, which in that 30 days the AC went out. They said they would fix it so we took it back to the dealership where it sat untouched at the lot for about 1.5 weeks without any update and then one day they said it was ready (didn’t say what they fixed). We picked it up and the AC was cool for about another week and then it went out AGAIN and the car started overheating!!! We went and got it diagnosed by a REAL mechanic and turns out the vehicle’s radiator fan and ac fan was falling apart. This ultimately led to the vehicle over heating while idling or sitting in traffic and was the cause of the AC turning hot despite recharging it.

Funny how they had the car for almost 2 weeks and said they fixed the problem. My guess is they just recharged the AC and didn’t even care to investigate further or they knew the vehicle had a problem and just hoped our 30 day warranty would run out before something bad happened. Oh and all of the breaks and rotors needed to be replaced as well. Keep in mind this is not even 2 months after purchasing from Auto Z. It costs us $1,500 for these repairs. Considering the mark up on the vehicle you would think they would have some integrity charging that much. It would be one thing if they informed us on these problems they knew about so we can make a fair offer, but they did not. There is no way they had the vehicle for 1.5 weeks, did a diagnostic and didn’t realize the whole radiator fan was broken. The picture is us broken down on the side of the road while all the coolant is leaked out on the ground.

I purchased a car from TMac and his crew the experience was incredible.From the salesman to the mechanic to the lot crew everyone was super helpful and friendly. I was promised things and those things were delivered quickly on my schedule I couldn't be happier with my vehicle and their service.
