My husband and I took a stroll to the dealership to purchase. We were greeted by Norman Zelaya. At first I was hesitant because dealerships are not my favorite places and sales people are always pushy. Norman stepped back and allowed us to feel comfortable without any pressure or sales pitches. We were able to look at vehicles and he stood back to answer any questions we had. He made us feel very comfortable and treated us with the upmost respect.
