Four matching stools, metal with 360° wood swivel seats and optional metal backrests (installed on two of the stools, the other two included, with hardware, but not yet added). These were used by real estate agent stepmother to stage a few condo units and have most likely never been actually sat on. Do.note that these are on the smaller side -- 24 in. seat height with 12 in. square seats, and 31.5 inches overall with the backrests installed. Would be perfect for kids or for extra seating for adults but bigger people probably aren't going to be very comfortable using these for extended periods of time, haha. Located in Grandview.
