Ryan was fantastic!!!!  I bought 2014 Ford Escape.  I test drove it and the vehicle was excellent.  There were 2 minor issues upon further inspection.   The brake/accelerator pads were missing and the back door would not open from the outside.  he agreed to have these 2 things fixed, and put it in writing.  He called me the next day that items were repaired and it was.  He had the car listed for over $2,000 below market rate and the fees were normal and very straight forward.  It was a pleasure doing business with him and I love our vehicle.  Thanks again Ryan!!

OMG this is the best place ever. I am often weary when dealing with any type of car rental place, or just anything with cars. As there is often underline fees and B.S. They have exceeded my expectations tremendously in making me feel at home, safe, like I can trust them, and easing my anxiety while I am going thru a major transition in my life. Absolutely best dealer experience ever! Ryan was super friendly, very easy to work with and very efficient. I was in and out including the test drive in about an hour. The vehicle I purchased was as described and in amazing condition. I would recommend longwood auto 10 out of 10 times.

Bought a car from here over the weekend. Great experience. Ryan was super accommodating, friendly, not pushy at all. Answered every question we had, and was super patient with us. He went over all the paperwork in detail, not trying to rush through to get signatures. The cars he had were all fairly well taken care of, mostly clean (it was raining so a little muddy but not his fault at all), and he had detailed reports on every car directly on his website for free. Allowed test drives with zero issue. And was completely honest about any info he had for every car we asked about. Would definitely recommend and shop here again.
