I had been searching for a second car for several months. I took my time as I wanted to make sure I was making a good decision. I’d spoke with Oscar many times whom was always super helpful and polite. After many months of intense research I purchased a vehicle from Oscar. I couldn’t be more pleased. These guys are honest, fair and pleasant to deal with. They stand behind their vehicles. I was apprehensive at first as I’ve always purchased from big major dealerships. I wasn’t disappointed with my choice to try something new. Thank you Oscar!!!!

I see another review that’s basically dealing with what I am dealing with.  I don’t know if the inspections are legit. I bought a 2008 BMW X5 in March 2022 and I’m very much regretting my purchase.   I should have known better from buying used cars in the past to have brought along a legit mechanic for a full inspection.  The car is not worth half of what I’m PAYING FOR .. yes I have a car note , paying on a loan from my bank.  I have since had to replace the starter, a tire , the emergency brake has a malfunction which I’m being told could cost up to 2k for a vehicle that wasn’t even worth 4k.  Now my air conditioning has malfunctioned for the past four days in the midst of summer.  This is one of my worse car situations ever. The staff was friendly and that’s all I have good to say.  But some of these cars are literally trash they are on their last leg being cleaned up and sold to unsuspecting buyers.  Be smart and get the car REALLY INSPECTED.

Best experience car shopping I’ve ever had. Hands down the most impecable customer service one can experience. The amount of professionalism and knowledge this dealer’s employees have is insurmountable and the pricing is competitive but most definitely reasonable and management is gladly willing to help you until you are content and satisfied with your purchase. Financing options are available and the whole application process was hassle free and quick. I would gladly and highly recommend H&R Auto to anyone.

My Best advice is "TAKE A MECHANIC WITH YOU". The only reason I gave 1star is because I thought Oscar was a friendly salesman  but the deal was worst. I don't intend to dismal every good comment on this company rating because  I may have been the  unlucky customer among the many. The 2011 Nissan maxima I purchased in February for $9,500 could not pass three different inspections each costing $125, all with the same problem that cost me additional $1,700 to get it through inspection. And within 3 months, battery dead and tires problem. HONESTY AND CUSTOMER MONEY VALUE SHOULD BE THE KEY IN THIS BUSINESS. I am repairing all these problems while still paying the financing. I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED!!
I don't for once believe that your company does any inspection on these cars that you sell, otherwise 3 different inspection stations won't diagnosed the same problems on the car. Since I bought this car from your company, it has been one warning sign after another with repair cost after another while I am still paying for financing. This is my first time writing public review on company because I am so disappointed in this costly deal. Honesty goes a long way in business.

I went to HR Auto and a gentlemen by the name of Oscar Parra was my sales person and he was the nicest guy I’ve ever met . He was very professional and  knowledgeable and detail oriented . He knew everything when it came to cars on his lot. I highly recommend him if you want or need a car . head over to HR Auto : 2825 Washington Blvd. in Arlington Virginia. You will be glad you did!!
