PS5 hasn’t been even been completely set up and I just deleted all created users and reset it. I bought it a little over 5mnths ago for my son but took it due to his behavior. Now it’s been in my closet for 4 1/2 months. Unfortunately I do not have the original box but I do have it in a box.
