I usually don’t write reviews, but I really wanted to share this experience.

Before coming to Car Fluent, I went to two other dealerships. Because of my lower-than-average credit, I was turned away both times. It was discouraging, my credit dropped after some job and family struggles, and it felt like every place just saw me as a number.

Then I came across Car Fluent. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by Arsen, who made me feel comfortable right away. He showed me a few cars, then pointed out one that really seemed like the right fit. Honestly, I wasn’t sure if I’d even get approved, but we tried, and to my surprise, I was approved instantly.

I left that day with a car I truly needed, and I can’t thank Arsen and the team enough. They didn’t just sell me something, they took the time to actually help me through the process.

I bought a car from them 2 years ago. I called and expressed concerns about various things wrong with the car a week after purchase and they sent me to their mechanic.  He gaslit me like crazy saying it was all "normal" and that it was standard with that model. It absolutely wasn't but I was stuck because they won't take the car back. They refused to fix the issues. Fast forward to now and the care is now inoperable and I'm stuck with a broken car and a car payment! BUYERS BEWARE!!!! THEY WON'T FIX ANY ISSUES EVEN IN THE 30DAY WARRANTY!
