I highly recommend Montebello Chevrolet for being an honest and welcoming dealership. My sales representative was Robert N, and he was great to work with. I initially inquired online while browsing for a reliable SUV and scheduled an appointment for a showing. On the day of the appointment, I showed up and immediately appreciated that there was no pressure at all. Robert answered all my questions thoroughly, and I felt completely at ease throughout the process. After a credit check, we went over numbers, and he was upfront and honest. Another representative I am trully grateful for is Jimmy, for being awesome and making me feel at ease about my junky trade in vehicle I brought in 😩😅. If you're in the market for a vehicle, I definitely recommend Montebello Chevrolet based on the transparent, no nonsense experience I had. I spent about three hours there in total, and they even took a photo at the end to commemorate. Finalizing a car transaction takes time but with the right people it will alway be smooth and easy. I was looking to purchase a car and was met with the best service I've ever had in my life. Shout out to Ricardo Cedeno and Jimmy Albasaleh for making this deal happen! I brought in my credit union approval and they worked with their finance department to get me deal. Though this isn't my first car purchase from a dealership but I would recommend anyone who is buying their first car to go to them as they explain every option you have very thoroughly. 10/10 would recommend them, they made me a lifetime customer! Such a great experience today! The gentleman who first helped me with my car was super kind and got everything started quickly. Then Rene Rodriguez (service advisor) came in and truly took over, he was friendly, approachable, and explained everything so clearly. What an incredible team they have here at this dealership! Robert and Danny were incredible to work with. Amazing customer service from start to finish. They went out of their way to get me what I wanted to walk away with, and it was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Everybody that I encountered there, from the greetings when I walked in, all the way down to the finance team, they were all so personable and friendly. They also had the best prices (by far) on the vehicles I was interested in. Don't hesitate to walk through those doors!

I initially had a great experience purchasing my vehicle at Chevy of Montebello, with excellent customer service. However, my experience took a turn when I tried to get a refund for my service contract after selling the vehicle. I submitted all the necessary documents, only to be told they would be submitted the next business day. Four weeks later, I followed up and found that nothing had been done. There was no apology, and no one from the office reached out to me. Now, an additional month has passed, and I’m still waiting for a response. I’ve left messages but haven’t received any callbacks. This lack of communication and follow-through is incredibly frustrating." I  Dissatisfied with the customer service. And no one seems to care.
