Sam helped me with my car purchase. He was straight forward, not pushy, respected my time and the vehicle was priced very fair. He was very open with all my questions about the title and repairs made, there was no haggling or hidden agenda whatsoever.

The car is honestly better than I expected (I drove a long way to buy this car) and I’m very happy with it. After talking with Sam about my car and others they’ve built, it was apparent that High Line Auto really takes pride in what they do! I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

We went in a bit unprepared, we weren't sure we would buy that day, we just went to browse. Sam was super helpful and so friendly and EASY to work with. We decidedly on a car we liked, but since we didn't plan on buying that day we didn't have any check from our credit union. Sam made it easy for us and he was very knowledgeable on the process and got us all the things we needed to make things smooth. We picked up our car 4 days later, he had all the paperwork ready to go. Definitely look into the warranty, they offer great LOW prices. Vehicle delivery could've been better. Dealers typically fill the tank and clean it, we asked the car to be ready and it was [ good enough] but we still had to stop and fill the tank with a baby in the car, our toddler waiting for us a home, and 40 min traffic during rush hour to get back to home North. It's a simple small courtesy when making a large purchase IMHO. Overall Sam did a great job and truly lives by the slogan, "Customers first." He's honest and does the best to give you a quality vehicle. Highly recommend this place!

Let me preface this review by saying I've bought and sold more branded title cars then I would care to admit. Some from larger dealers like AutoSource/AutoSavvy, and some from smaller dealers. I've got a lot of experience with buying cars, here was my experience with High Line Auto Sales:

Salesman: I worked primarily with Sam and a little bit with Shane and both of them were super friendly and easygoing. If you're worried about sleazy high pressure salesman then you have nothing to fear car shopping here. Sam said multiple times throughout the process "if it's meant to work out, it will work out." And that is very much their approach to sales, super chill and easygoing. They were also super communicative over text the entire time while we were going back and forth. I have nothing but positive things to say about the sales experience with this dealer.

Quality: If you've bought a branded title car before, you know that they can have their little "quirks." The quality of rebuild between dealerships can vary WIDELY. In my experience the last few years larger dealers like AutoSavvy have gotten very slap dash and corner cutty with their rebuilds. I bought a car from AutoSavvy before and had the dash light up like a Christmas tree 30 minutes after leaving the dealer. I had another car from them (AutoSavvy AGAIN) that had the stereo and infotainment sh*t the bed only a month after purchasing the car. I've also bought cars from them (and other smaller dealers) that have had no issues at all. Point of saying all that being: buying a branded title car can feel like a bit of a gamble, and the quality can vary heavily depending on where you're buying from.

With all that said, the car I bought from High Line (a 2019 WRX STI) is one of if not the best quality rebuilds I've ever purchased. The car runs really well, and while it does have a few of those little branded title "quirks" they are small and inoffensive and not anything I'm terribly worried about. If something goes terribly wrong very quickly I'll be sure to update this review, but as of right now, I have no real complaints about the car itself. On the contrary, maybe it's the honeymoon phase but it's my favorite of the 9 cars i've owned so far.

All in all the experience here was very positive, and I would absolutely car shop with Sam and Shane again in the future. Top notch.

This was our first time purchasing a vehicle from High Line Auto Sales. At first I was a little nervous because of the deal of the vehicle. Our awesome sales person Sam took the time to explain financing, warranties and features in a way that was very easy to understand. We never felt rushed at all. We are very pleased to be driving away with our new Audi A3 Sportback EV. It was an amazing experience and the deal was absolutely satisfying.
