Read all: Below is a link to this exact couch sofa. It is currently just under $900. This is 6 years old. Single adult home, no kids no dog no smoking anything. Had a cat but it was too chunky to jump on anything. No tears in the main fabric. All the cushions are reversible, can be unzipped to change foam or wash covers. See pics 4/5. One spring came loose just after warranty so had to cut the top fabric under left side cushion to re attach spring. All is good, can only see this when cushion removed. Approx.
