My husband and I had the BEST experience today with Michael Aldridge and Andrew Jones at Audi of Hilton Head! Our intention was to trade in our car and lease a new Q6 etron. I had emailed with Michael to make an appointment and get things started. We went to our appointment, test drove the car, and they assessed the trade very quickly and efficiently. We shared what we needed to be able to make the deal and they made it happen. It was incredible! My husband had to leave under a tight timeline in order to get back for a meeting and the team expedited all of the paperwork. Michael is incredibly knowledgeable about every Audi and took the time to educate us about all of the details of the car. We couldn’t have been more impressed by their service, knowledge, efficiency, and capacity to make a great deal for us. There was no hustle or uncomfortable negotiations. No hard sells. They were clear, helpful, expert, supportive and truly service-driven. We’re now driving our dream car thanks to this excellent team! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! It's the only car dealership that we want to work with. In addition to the amazing sales staff, this dealership offers really great service such as car pick up for maintenance and a really fabulous warranty program. We couldn’t be more excited about this! I made an appointment on 8/13 to bring the car in on 8/14 and received verification of the appointment,  When I got to the dealer they had no knowledge of my appointment.   The service person got me in regardless which was very good.   I wanted an oil change plus have a window fixed and the service writer let me know that I had a prepaid full service agreement available which included changing plugs, fluids, etc.   I told her to go ahead.  I later learned during the video from the mechanic that he was doing a 40,000 mile service when my car had only 25,400 miles on it.   If I had know that this included service was recommended at 40,000 miles I would have saved it for a later date and just paid for the oil change now.  When I asked the service writer about it when I picked the car up she said that this is also based on time not just miles and it would expire.   I asked her when it would expire and she said 2026.   I would have liked to have a conversation about my options on the prepaid service.

Otherwise the service was fine and the shuttle driver was courteous.

During purchase, the dealership staff were unfailingly friendly, patient, and seriously knowledgeable, with no hint of pressure or manipulation. The sales staff went out of their way to be helpful. I'm delighted with the vehicle and options I chose. Recently returned for first scheduled maintenance. Once again, the staff were efficient, friendly, and helpful. The service tech texted me a video of work in progress, pointing out areas that needed attention. The entire cost of the service, including a new tire, was covered by the insurance obtained at time of purchase. This dealership has consistently been a pleasure to deal with.

Our experience at the Audi dealer was exceptional. The young staff of professionals was a pleasure to deal with. We felt special in every way. We bought an Audi! From the start, Vinny and the entire Team were ON IT like a bonnet!!! He had the car parked right out front, ready to for a test drive on our arrival and had clearly done his homework. He immediately started spouting off all the bells and whistles of the car and had us hooked in no time at all. When it comes to pricing, we loved the no haggle deal and up-front way that Vinny presented all the details. After purchase, he went out of his way to ensure the car was detailed to perfection and even worked out some paint touch ups for us. On delivery, it was Vinny for the win again - he showed up on time with all the details ready to roll, patiently explained the tech features (again) and answered all our questions.
