Description

This machine is in like-new condition. It is super easy to use and would be great for a beginner sewing. It is lightweight (16 pounds) and easy to carry to sewing classes. It runs smoothly and quietly. The stitching is spot-on (please refer to pictures of sewing sample). The 2517C features straight and zig-zag stitching, basting, darning and embroidery stitches, applique, drop-in bobbin and bobbin winder, adjustable thread tension, adjustable stitch length and width, three needle positions for the perfect scant 1/4" quilt piecing stitch, removable flat bed for free arm sewing, thread cutter, screw-on or snap on presser foot compatible. It is capable of, with optional feet, making buttonholes and sewing on buttons, zipper placement, satin stitching and twin needle sewing.
