Selling my rare 1973 Aristocrat “Lil Loafer” camping trailer. 12 feet long including the tongue. I put this travel trailer to keep on my property for extra room/ space. No title. That’s how I purchased it. I will provide a bill of sale. Since I’ve owned the trailer, the following has been done. New interior roof panels, new interior paint, new tires, new roof vent and all new hardware on the exterior. The trailer does not leak. Overall, the trailer is in excellent shape. Comes w/ propane stove, sink, water tank, ice box, closet and brand new casper twin mattress. We are moving and can’t take it w/ us.
