Audiophile grade sound quality, unmatched by modern recent stereo receiver amplifiers in bold quality or sonic refinement! Truly exceptional performer from the auxilary inputs or from the excellent tuner section!! All hand assembled in Japan at the height of the stereo wars! They simply don't make anything like these anymore. Competed favorablely head to head with Pioneer, Harman Kardon, Techniques, Marantz, Yamaha and others! This receiver works perfect as tested (photo not tested), no issues. Some minor scuffs on here and there , but mostly excellent condition and face and body being 45 tested old!! All lights work, no hiss or pops or scratchy sounding nobs, etc. Can demo! Msrp in 197i was $950. Recently bid between $1500 to $1800 same online auction listings!
