Otherwise, we are canceling today’s showing. This has been a good little trailer, but my daughter and I have out grown it. Would make a good little airbnb with some work. This trailer is not perfect, but very livable. We’ve lived in it for a year and a half. a/c, plumbing, electric water heater, lighting, status lights all work. Fridge and freezer work. Stove works. Microwave works. TV and DVD player works. Has one slide. Slide works manually and I believe it could easily work electrically. Never tried it electrically. Comes with manual and original purchase papers. Clean California title. I haven’t been able to get propane to work to heat water for shower, but haven’t needed it. Good tires. Awning arms work, but awning is old. Prob needs replacing. Never used it. It has a window that needs to be repaired, but does not leak with temp repair I made. Gorilla tape holds the world together. Broke a corner of the window trying to kill a wasp with a shoe. Lots of storage for a little trailer. Couch folds out to bed. Dinette folds out to bed. Will come with propane tanks and new battery. Had a leak over bed, which has been repaired. No mold that we can tell. You are welcome to inspect of course. Will not come with queen size mattress, unless you are willing to pay $300 extra. We will be keeping mattress. Comes with many extras, tools, and rhino black and grey water pipes. Can hook it up to water and power to show it works. In the process of removing personal items and giving it a spring cleaning before sale. Should be ready in a couple weeks. Price reflects it’s not perfect, but with a little tlc could be a good little rental unit (the direction we may go if it doesn’t sell close to asking price), extra room for guests, or lake glamper. Open to trades. 4 wheeler, predator type work cart, bangs, utility trailer, boat, obo. Willing do even trade for a running and driving Honda Element or small work truck.
