3 year old green velvet fabric couch from Ashley furniture. Bought brand new for $1200. Has some tearing at the seams of the bottom cushions but if you’re handy at sewing, repairs will be easy. Velcro has been added to keep bottom cushions in place. Very soft & comfy! No stains, good condition aside from the few seam tears.
