Does not have major tears just small areas that had minor knicks on the front side of the couch that has been stitched up (See picture) Entire couch has been cleaned in detail using an upholstery extractor machine and shampooed as well so very clean. Bottom cushions have removable zippers for easy wash. Top cushions are attached originally🧼 🛋️👍 Smells great. P.S. I also have other nice used cheap priced sofas and loveseats for sale. See my commerce profile. **PLEASE NOTE: Upon delivery of the couch, I give a 3-day time window from any unforeseen physical issues with the couch.
