1995 Peavey Forum AX in good to very good condition. The good condition relates to the visual imperfections of the finish, crack in the finish, chips, dings, surface scratches, but overall the finish still shines. The very good condition relates to the overall functionality and playability of the instrument. The bass has been given a proper setup for best playability: string, bridge, and intonation set, new strings, frets, hardware, neck, and body were cleaned and polished. String nut replaced with Peavey factory original part. The active, all original electronics are working 100% to factory specs. Two new 9 volt batteries installed. Yes, 18volts of active preamp. Controls are volume, blend knob for neck and bridge pickups, and a concentric knob for the high and low eq with 12db of cut/boost. This bass has too many specs to list.
